Hi- I’m Rose- East Dorset’s longest-running hypnobirthing practitioner. As a certified Mongan Method- Wise Hippo- and KG Hypnobirthing practitioner- since 2010- I’ve been empowering women to have positive birthing experiences. I truly believe in the power of your body and I want you to believe it too. That’s why I’ve created the Rose Method—it’s my own unique hypnobirthing framework to get both parents feeling prepared- calm- and even excited about their birth experience. My sole aim is to build your confidence and bring out your natural birth-ability.
