I offer a wide range of treatments including Sports and Remedial Massage, Holistic Massage, and individual Pilates sessions to provide an individually tailored massage plan focused on addressing your personal circumstances. During my years as a Sports Massage Therapist, Endurance Athlete, Pilates Instructor and working in some of the World’s leading investment houses, I have learnt many important lessons about how our physical/mental health and well-being is affected by a variety of factors. Even something as apparently straight forward as a training injury may have an underlying cause in other, more longstanding, issues such as poor posture, muscle imbalances or sub-optimum nutrition.
