Link Roofing specialises in roofing, new roofs, flat roof, roofing repairs and general property maintenance. We are based in Surbiton, Surrey and work throughout the UK, with the majority of our clients in London and the Home Counties. We are members of Checkatrade and are fully insured. Link Roofing will construct a new roof or re-roof your property. Our team can carry out a wide variety of re-roofs from small terraced properties through to large period properties. We use modern interlocking tiles, slates & reclaimed tiles to give your property the desired appearance.

Link Roofing can construct a flat roof for your property extension. We also replace or repair existing flat roofs to prevent leaks and enhance your property. We often use the Cure It GRP system. This is a single ply GRP laminate consisting of roofing resin and chopped strand mat reinforcement which is applied in situ over a good quality OSB3 deck. The roof is finished with pre-formed GRP edge trims and a coat of pre-pigmented topcoat. Advantages: 20 year materials guarantee, fire retardant, very durable, maintenance free, no joints, seams or wleds, UV resistant and waterproof (of course!)

Link Roofing offers a full roof repair service. We can replace missing tiles, entire sections of roof or replace rotten timbers. We also replace soffits, guttering and downpipes.
