Our aim has been, from the outset, to offer a service that works in partnership with families, carers and representatives. More importantly, we place our service users at the heart of the service. They are the axis around which our service revolves, not a list of care needs.
As a company, Phoenix Care Ltd saw the light of day in 2011, but it was built on over 10 years’ experience in live-in care in the community and 7 years’ experience as an accommodation-based service.
