Once I have a clear understanding of the brief, I work on collecting samples and creating mood boards to present to the client at our next meeting. It is my job to take the clients wishes and identify their preferred style whether that’s minimalist, bohemian, industrial, traditional or a mixture. We then work on the practical aspects of the design considering the functionality of the space and how it will be used. From here I may draw up floor plans along with suggestions of furniture, paint colours and finishes including tiles, flooring and decorative elements.
I can also bring in kitchen designers, if we are redoing this area and they can produce full 3D kitchen plans for no extra charge
As a successful long-term host on Air B&B I have a special interest in helping clients with holiday lets, helping them to transform their spaces into profitable businesses, I can advise on all aspects of this industry including how to attract more guests to the site and how to upscale and update the whole package with affordable tweaks to interior layout and décor.
